Vision Plans (Out-of-Network)

Out of network plans include but are not limited to: Davis Vision, EyeMed, VSP, BlueView, Cigna Vision, Spectera, Aetna Vision, Superior

Winthrop Eye Center is an out-of-network provider for ALL Vision plans. We help our patients access their vision plan's out-of-network benefits by submitting claims for direct-to-patient reimbursement for eyeglasses and contact lens expenses. This allows our practice to focus on providing the highest quality eye care, and ensures our patients have access to any frame or lens options provided by our practice.

Our office will look up your benefits using your insurance member number, your policy holder's first and last name, and their birthdate. We will provide quotes for any order along with our estimate of your vision plan's out-of-network benefits. Out-of-network benefits estimates and claims are not guaranteed by our office. We do our best to help you get the most out of your benefits at Winthrop Eye Center.

Patients are responsible for paying for any products or services before a claim can be submitted on their behalf to their Vision Plan.
